bcftools
Overview
BCFtools is a set of utilities that manipulate variant calls in the Variant Call Format (VCF) and its binary counterpart BCF.
Versions 1.21 and 1.11 are installed on the CSF3
Restrictions on use
This software is open source and may be used by all CSF users.
Set up procedure
To access the software you must first load ONE of the modulefiles:
module load apps/gcc/bcftools/1.21 # compiled with GCC 14.2 module load apps/gcc/bcftools/1.11 # compiled with GCC 14.2
