Illumina CASAVA-1.8 FASTQ Filter

Overview

produces FASTQ files with both reads that pass filtering and reads that don’t.

Version 0.1 is installed on the CSF.

Restrictions on use

AGPLv3. Open source. All CSF users may access it.

Set up procedure

To access the software you must first load the following modulefile:

module load apps/gcc/casava/0.1

Running the application

Please do not run on the login node. Jobs should be submitted to the compute nodes via batch.
