bedops

Overview

bedopts is a fast, flexible toolset for genome arithmetic and set operations.

Version 2.4.2 is installed on the CSF. It was compiled with gcc 4.8.2.

Restrictions on use

Bedops is open source. All CSF users may access it.

Set up procedure

To access the software you must first load the following modulefile:

module load apps/gcc/bedtoools/2.4.2

Running the application

Please do not run bedops on the login node. Jobs should be submitted to the compute nodes via batch.

Serial batch job submission
