Requesting Help
In the first instance please try searching these docs using the search box on the left. It will search all CSF docs including the FAQs and the available software. Want to know if an application is installed? Try searching for its name.
However, should these web-pages not address all your questions or problems with the CSF, please contact the Research Infrastructure team
- via the HPC Help form
stating that you need help with the CSF. The following information is also helpful:
- a brief description of the problem
- all error or warning messages
- relevant batch job ids and the location of all associated files (jobscript, input, output etc). Please don’t send these as attachments, tell us where they are on the system, we will be able to read them.
- the modulefiles you have loaded when the problem occurs
- command line history of what you have been doing
IT colleagues are welcome to re-assign CSF related helpdesk tickets to the ‘IT Research IT’ group.
