Full virtual machine backups occur every night. Backups are kept for at least 28 days.

Virtual Machine Restore Options

Full VM Restore

A full copy of the entire VM can be restored, either over the top of the existing VM or as a side by side copy.
Expect a delay of around 1 week for this kind of restoration as it involves different teams.
