Full virtual machine backups occur every night. Backups are kept for 28 days.

 

Virtual Machine Restore Options

Full VM Restore

A full copy of the entire VM can be restored, either over the top of the existing vm or as a side by side copy.

Individual Virtual Disks

Any individual virtual disk can be restored and re-attached to the existing VM.

Individual File Restore

A backed-up version of a virtual disk can be attached to a helper VM, and then mounted, so that files can be retrieved from the last 28 days.
