TADtool

Overview

TADtool is an interactive tool for the identification of meaningful parameters in topologically-associating domains (TADs) algorithms for Hi-C data.

Version 0.77 is installed on the CSF. This can use Anaconda Python v5.0.1 (python 3.6.3).

Restrictions on use

There are no restrictions on accessing TADtool on the CSF. The source is released under the MIT License and all usage must adhere to that license.

Set up procedure

To access the software you must first load one of the following modulefile:

module load apps/gcc/python-packages/anaconda3-5.0.1/tadtool/0.77

The modulefile will automatically load the required version of Anaconda modulefile for you.

Running the application

The tadtool command will be available to you:

tadtool

usage: tadtool  [options]

Commands:
    plot                Main interactive TADtool plotting window
    tads                Call TADs with pre-defined parameters
    subset              Reduce a matrix to a smaller region.

Run tadtool  -h for help on a specific command.
