SYBYL-X

Overview

SYBYL-X is a molecular modelling suite.

Version 2.1 is installed on the iCSF.

Restrictions on use

The software may only be used be Dr Richard Bryce’s group. Users must be in the sybylx unix group.

Set up procedure

Unlike most other software in the iCSF SYBYL-X has no modulefile. To set up the software run the following command:

/opt/gridware/apps/binapps/sybylx/2.1/sybylx2.1/sybyl -shell

Running the application

To start SYBYL-X run the command: sybyl
