SQLite browser (DB4S)
Overview
DB Browser for SQLite (DB4S) is an open source tool for viewing, creating and manipulating SQLite database files.
Version 3.11.2 is installed on CSF.
Restrictions on use
There are no access restrictions on the CSF.
Set up procedure
Load the following modulefile:
module load tools/gcc/sqlitebrowser/3.11.2
Running the application
From an ssh session with X11 forwarding enabled, run sqlitebrowser.
