NetLogo
Overview
NetLogo is a multi-agent programmable modelling environment written in Java.
Version 5.0.5 is installed on the iCSF.
Restrictions on use
The software is free to use, via the Gnu GPL v2 license. All users should check the NetLogo license documentation for further details on use and citation of the software.
Set up procedure
To access the software you must first load the modulefile:
module load apps/binapps/netlogo/5.0.5
Running the application
NetLogo is started by simply running the following command:
netlogo.sh
or for the 3D graphics version
netlogo-3D.sh
