bedtools
Overview
bedtools is a fast, flexible toolset for genome arithmetic.
Versions 2.17.0 (compiled with gcc 4.7.0) and 2.21.0 (compiled with gcc 4.8.2) are installed on the iCSF.
Restrictions on use
Bedtools is open source. All iCSF users may access it.
Set up procedure
To access the software you must first load the modulefile:
module load apps/gcc/bedtools/2.21.0 module load apps/gcc/bedtools/2.17.0
