bedops

Bedops is open source. All CSF users may access it.

Set up procedure

To access the software you must first load the following modulefile:

module load apps/gcc/bedtoools/2.4.2

Running the application

The bedops tools are now in your path. Simply run the required tools. To see a list of available tools run:

ls $BEDOPSBIN
