The CSF uses your central IT password and username – the short username of the form x124abc5, NOT your email address. If you need to reset this password please use the IT Account Manager site. Note that this password is used by the University email system and many other services – you will need to use the new password for many other logins.

If you made several login attempts that have all failed, your IP address may have been blocked by the system. You’ll need to try logging in again later, once the block as expired.
