If I need help – how do I make contact?
Please contact the REDCap support team via the IT support portal and search REDCap. From there you can request the support ticket ‘REDCap Online Survey Account’ and select request type ‘other REDCap queries’
Are there other sources of help?

If you would like to access these you can do so by going to the IT support portal and searching REDCap. From there you can select the article right for you.
Microsoft Teams
In response to user’s requests, we have set up a Teams site where you can ask questions to the REDCap administrators and look at some of the questions other users have asked. You can find the link to the channel here. You may be prompted to login in order to access this.
