It is licensed under the BSD license which should be read in section 1 of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mccauslandcenter.sc.edu\/CRNL\/sw\/mricrogl\/manual.pdf\">MRIcroGL User Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Set up procedure<\/h2>\n<p>You must use the <em>nyx3<\/em> virtual desktop from which to access the iCSF GPU node. Please see the instructions on <a href=\"\/icsf\/software\/applications\/vglconnect\">vglconnect<\/a> for how to log in to the iCSF GPU node (<em>jabberwock<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve logged in to <em>jabberwock<\/em> you should then load the MRIcroGL modulefile using the <code>module<\/code> command:<\/p>\n<pre>\r\nmodule load apps\/binapps\/mricrogl\/12.12.12\r\n<\/pre>\n<h2>Running the application<\/h2>\n<p>Having loaded the appropriate modulefile simply run:<\/p>\n<pre>\r\nvglrun mricrogl\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>The above will start the MRIcroGL GUI.<\/p>\n<h2>Further info<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mccauslandcenter.sc.edu\/mricrogl\/\">MRIcroGL website<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A user guide is available on iCSF using  <code>evince $MRICROGL_HOME\/manual.pdf<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Updates<\/h2>\n<p>None.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview MRIcroGL is a program designed to display 3D medical imaging using a GPU for fast volume rendering.
