It has been compiled with the gcc and intel compilers.<\/p>\n<h2>Restrictions on use<\/h2>\n<p>There are no restrictions on accessing the software on the CSF. It is released under the GNU GPL v3 license and all usage should adhere to that <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/hyattpd\/Prodigal\/blob\/GoogleImport\/LICENSE\">license<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Set up procedure<\/h2>\n<p>To access the software you must first load <em>one<\/em> of the following modulefiles:<\/p>\n<pre>\r\nmodule load apps\/gcc\/prodigal\/2.6.3\r\n\r\n# The intel compiler version <em>may<\/em> be faster.\r\nmodule load apps\/intel-15.0\/prodigal\/2.6.3\r\n<\/pre>\n<h2>Running the application<\/h2>\n<p>Please do not run prodigal on the login node. Jobs should be submitted to the compute nodes via batch. You may run on the login node:<\/p>\n<pre>\r\nprodigal -h\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>to see a list of command-line flags accepted by the application.<\/p>\n<h3>Serial batch job submission<\/h3>\n<p>Prodigal is a serial application only.
