Please ensure you cite your usage in any results and publications.<\/p>\n<h2>Set up procedure<\/h2>\n<p>To access the software you must first load the modulefile:<\/p>\n<pre>\r\napps\/gcc\/python-packages\/anaconda-2.5.0\/macs2\/2.1.1.20160309\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>this will also automatically load the required version of python for you.<\/p>\n<h2>Running the application<\/h2>\n<p>Please do not run MACS2 on the login node.
