Please ensure you cite your usage in any results and publications as per the <a href=\"http:\/\/liulab.dfci.harvard.edu\/MACS\/\">MACS website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Set up procedure<\/h2>\n<p>To access the software you must first load the modulefile:<\/p>\n<pre>\r\nmodule load apps\/binapps\/macs\/1.4.2\r\n<\/pre>\n<h2>Running the application<\/h2>\n<p>Please do not run MACS on the login node.
