All CSF users may access it.<\/p>\n<h2>Set up procedure<\/h2>\n<p>To access the software you must first load <strong>one<\/strong> of the following modulefile:<\/p>\n<pre>\r\nmodule load apps\/gcc\/bedtools\/2.21.0\r\nmodule load apps\/gcc\/bedtools\/2.17.0\r\n<\/pre>\n<h2>Running the application<\/h2>\n<p>Please do not run bedtools on the login node.
